The time frame differs from product to product, blinds are generally 2 to 3 weeks, shutters are generally 2 to 4 weeks and curtains are 2 to 4 weeks. In the months of January, November and December all products usually take 4 weeks.

All of our products come with a warranty, the length depending on which product it is. Should you still fall within your warranty you will not carry any costs whatsoever. Should your product fall outside of its warranty we will assist you with the quickest and most cost effective solution possible.

No, 70% deposit is due before any order will be placed and the remaining 30% is due upon installation.
